Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Construction Site Contract Manager for a contract position in Des Moines, IA, Red Oak, TX, Boydton, VA, Milwaukee, WI, Cheyenne, WY. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: The Construction Site Contract Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing contracts related to data center construction projects. This position ensures that all contractual obligations are met, risks are managed, and projects are delivered efficiently.---

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Contract Management: Define, maintain, and execute procurement contracting strategies for large, complex data center construction projects. ---
Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to established control processes to guarantee contract execution aligns with business objectives. ---
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery of construction milestones. ---
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the integration process and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. ---


Qualifications:

Educational Background: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field is typically required.---
Experience: Proven experience in contract management within the construction industry, preferably involving large-scale data center projects.---
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex contracts and coordinate across multiple teams.
