Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst (Remote)
to provide resolution to client issues requiring in-depth knowledge
of technology and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with trading partners and payers to resolve client
issues
Support the development of client support documentation as
needed
Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between Operations,
Customers, and the Development team
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2 or more years of experience as a Client Services Representative
at the company, with an emphasis on technical skills
ANSI transaction experience
Ability to read ANSI guides
Experience supporting EDI/X12 transactions
