About the Role:

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll lead solution design and technical strategy across a variety of projects involving Salesforce, cloud-native infrastructure (like Kubernetes/OpenShift), middleware technologies (Kafka, JBOSS), and programming stacks (Node.js, JavaScript, Java, .NET).

You'll:

Guide technical teams and mentor developers


Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT


Drive architecture throughout the SDLC, from proof-of-concept to delivery


Lead integration, data, cloud, and infrastructure solution design


Ensure security, scalability, and compliance (HIPAA included)


Influence enterprise standards and participate in shaping technical roadmaps



Your Background Includes:

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (strongly preferred)


10+ years of progressive experience in software development, infrastructure, or architecture


2+ years of Salesforce admin/dev work, including deep platform understanding


Prior experience leading technical teams or architecture initiatives


Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, HIPAA compliance, and regulatory challenges


Experience with modern development tools and frameworks (JavaScript/Node.js, Java, .NET)


Familiarity with visual modeling (ArchiMate or UML)


Strong consultative, communication, and stakeholder management skills
