Job SummaryUNC Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist I to join our team in Outpatient Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist I, you will play a crucial role in the evaluation, planning, and administration of physical therapy treatments for patients with mobility disorders and related impairments.Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Testing: Administer basic and complex diagnostic tests and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Education: Teach and supervise graduate Physical Therapy students and/or clinical fellows/residents, and develop innovative programs to enhance patient care.
• Evaluation of Care: Analyze diagnostic and therapeutic testing results to establish patient goals and modify treatment programs as needed.
• Implementation: Select and apply current and advanced techniques to provide high-quality rehabilitative services, and prioritize care according to patient needs.
• Outreach/Community Involvement: Serve as a resource to government departments and health professionals in specialty areas, and participate in community health screening and events.
• Participation: Contribute to quality clinical services through attendance and participation in departmental meetings and in-services.
