Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and efficient Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time night shift. As an RN, you will deliver high-quality patient care and ensure positive patient outcomes through the application of nursing knowledge. You will work under general supervision, promoting professional nursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities:

• Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit
• Analyze patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans
• Prepare nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments
• Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning Qualifications:
  • Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse
  • Preferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty
  • Required: Registered Nurse license in applicable state
  • Required: BLS (CPR) certification
