About the Opportunity:BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their homes, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Responsibilities:

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility and range of motion assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Continually assess and revise the care plan, participating in multidisciplinary care planning as needed
• Educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care managementQualifications:
  • Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
