Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for Project Manager Sr. Position type: Full Time ContractDuration: 12 months ContractLocation: Holly Spring, NC As a Project Manager Sr.-, you will: Job Details: The Senior Project Manager will manage and oversee project execution activities for multiple Operational Readiness workstreams (ie Quality Control, Proc. Development, Manufacturing, etc). Key responsibilities include:Develop readiness plans, schedules, and risk registers for multiple workstreamsCreate detailed integrated schedules to ensure clear visibility of critical pathsIntegrate and actively facilitate workstreams execution by close schedule monitoring, and facilitation of execution forumsEnsure internal alignment of schedules, as well as externally with construction and commissioning/qualification workstreamsDrive workstream communication strategy, with standardized progress tracking tools and processes for proactive monitoring, management and reporting of project deliverablesEnsure appropriate executive oversight across workstreamsProvide strategic guidance on overall project delivery to de-risk and optimize executionResolve workstream issues arising throughout the project, manage risk register, and escalate when appropriate to keep objectives and deliverables on trackLead and facilitate workshops required to ensure project alignment, solve project challenges, identify gaps, and advance site strategy Some preferred qualifications include:Strong and proactive leader who provides direction, sets high expectations, and measures performanceAbility to translate strategic objectives into practical executable plansProvides clear definition of workstream scope, roles and responsibilities, and resolves disputed areasThorough understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and best practicesProficient in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Visio, Smartsheets, Miro, MS Teams)Experience managing medium to large-scale projects in a matrix organizationKnowledgeable in biotech DS manufacturing processes and support functionsSkilled in motivating teams to complete complex projectsAdept at working under tight deadlines and managing strategic changes in a fast-paced environmentActive communicator which communicates effectively with Project Team, Workstream Leaders, Site Leadership Team, and external partnersProficient in building strong relationships and partnerships at all organizational levelsStrong ability to negotiate and influencePMP Certification a plus Suhail AhmedEmail: Suhail.Ahmed@innovasolutions.com Phone 678-834-8320 PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*: $50 - $60 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Innova Solutions offers benefits( based on eligibility) that include the following: Medical & pharmacy coverage, Dental/vision insurance, 401(k), Health saving account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA), Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short term and Long term Disability, Accident & Critical illness coverage, Pre-paid legal & ID theft protection, Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
