Job Description:
Immediate need for a SOP Writer
? Solid written and oral communication skills. ? Strong
interpersonal skills ? Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
and tasks. ? Must have familiarity with legal agreements/contracts.
? Must be flexible, deal with ambiguity, highly motivated ?
Proficient in Word, Visio ? Experience in writing training
documents or operating procedures is a plus
Responsibilities:
? Provide procedural writing support to Lender Servicing in the
creation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs ? Process
Documentation)
? Complete SOPs according to set standards regarding order,
clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
? Working with team members to translate day-to-day operations into
SOPs.
? Analyze and resolve Suspense account items in accordance with
Master Policy and internal policies.
? Process certificate changes in compliance with Master Policy and
internal policies.
? Review and analyze documentation provided by 3rd parties to
determine appropriate course of action with regards to changes in
insurance coverage or indicative data.
